Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 4 days of delivery.
• For returns, you will receive a credit note (valid for 3 months).
• For exchanges, the reverse shipping charge (₹80) will be borne by the customer.

What Qualifies for Return / Exchange

• Request is made within 4 days of delivery.
• Product is unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags & invoice.
• No stains, damage, or missing embellishments.
• Jewellery must be returned in the original gift box/packaging.

Return / Exchange Not Accepted If

• Request is made after 4 days.
• Product is used, damaged, or without original packaging.
• Any free gift or promotional item is missing.
• Product was purchased using a credit note or from sale/clearance section.
• Customised jewellery is not eligible unless damaged in transit.

How to Request Return / Exchange

Share your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return/exchange.
Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the pickup process.

Damaged / Missing Product Policy

If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery:
– Send a photo/video of the item on WhatsApp at +91 9998081083.
– Our team will verify and arrange a replacement if damage is confirmed.
Note: Refunds are not offered for damaged products, only replacements or credit note.

Using Ornaza Credit Note / Gift Card

• Valid for 3 months from issue date.
• Apply the code at checkout in the "Gift card or discount code" field.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will receive a gift card (no bank refund).

Customised Jewellery

All custom-made items are non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged custom order, email us at Ornazajewels@gmail.com with photos.
We will review and offer a replacement if applicable.
